Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for increasing retention rates of pulp of papermaking reconstituted tobacco. The method includes adding calcium carbonate into tobacco stem pulp with a certain beating degree and enabling the calcium carbonate and the tobacco stem pulp to be sufficiently adsorbed to form complexes; wrapping the complexes with sodium alginate to form large flocculation aggregates; carrying out surface modification and stability treatment on the flocculation aggregates by the aid of aluminum sulfate; mixing modified calcium carbonate and the tobacco pulp with each other by the aid of a multi-component compound retention and drainage system to obtain mixtures and then carrying out papermaking, squeezing, coating, drying and slitting processing on the mixtures to obtain the reconstituted tobacco. The method has the advantages that binding force of the modified calcium carbonate and the pulp can be enhanced, loss can be prevented, and the modified calcium carbonate and the pulp in the reconstituted tobacco are high in retention rate. |
