Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides bottled appetizing ginger which is prepared from the following components in weight percentage: 60-61% of Tongling white ginger, 2-3% of white sugar, 4-5% of salt and 32-33% of light soy sauce. The invention further provides a preparation method of the bottled appetizing ginger, comprising the following steps: (1) preparing materials in proportion, taking fresh Tongling white ginger, peeling, washing and cutting into sections, and curing for 15-20 days; (2) drying for 2-8 hours in the sun and putting into a bottle; (3) adding the white sugar into the light soy sauce and heating for melting, cooling and then putting into the ginger bottle; and (4) sterilizing, thus obtaining the bottled appetizing ginger. The bottle appetizing ginger is rich in trace elements including selenium, calcium, ferrum, nicotinic acid, riboflavin, ascorbic acid and the like has the effects of promoting the secretion of saliva or body fluid, regulating vital energy, appetizing, tonifying spleen, resisting oxidation and the like, is high in nutritional ingredients and good in taste, is suitable for the middle-aged and old people and people who do not like sweet food, has a health care effect, and can fend off the cold.
