Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to the field of vegetable processing, and discloses a cucumber squeezing apparatus. The apparatus comprises a plurality of pressure roller groups, pressure rollers, iron sheets and a support crawler belt. The iron sheets are installed between the pressure rollers for transition; the support crawler belt surrounds on a lower drive sprocket and a lower driven sprocket, and spreads on top of the iron sheets. Centrifugation rotation of a second barrel achieves the separation of garbage water, prevents environment pollution caused by deterioration of garbage. Pressure rollers 1 and 2 squeeze the blanched cucumber, so as to achieve the technical requirements of squeezing juice without crushing the cucumber.
