Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a health-care sorbus pohuashanensis jam and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the exploitation field of novel food products. The method takes sorbus pohuashanensis and xylitol as raw materials, and blanching, protecting color, beating, concentrating, sterilizing and other processes are performed to prepare the sorbus pohuashanensis jam. The method comprises the following steps: 1) pretreating sorbus pohuashanensis; 2) beating the pretreated sorbus pohuashanensis, grinding and concentrating; and 3) blending the sorbus pohuashanensis jam, loading the blended jam, and sterilizing to obtain the finished product. The sorbus pohuashanensis jam has the advantages that the sorbus pohuashanensis fruit has abundant nutrition value, and has edible and medicinal performance, xylitol is a sweetener, and can be eaten by special population.
