Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method for rice tea. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) stirring-frying or baking rice under a condition of 80 to 120 DEG until the rice gets brown, and naturally cooling the rice to room temperature to obtain fried rice; (2) loading the fried rice into a saucepan, adding boiling water, covering the saucepan with a cover lid, stewing the fried rice for 20 to 30 minutes, and braising the fried rice after flame is turned off until the fried rice pops to obtain the rice tea, wherein the ratio of the boiling water to the rice is (2-5):1. The method is simple, high in operability, low in production cost and applicable for industrial production.
