Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an artificial cross-breeding method of chromileptes altivelis and epinephelus lanceolatus. The artificial cross breeding method comprises following steps: (1) selection of parents; (2) parent fish rearing of chromileptes altivelis; (3) parent fish rearing of epinephelus lanceolatus; (4) judgments of oestrus and spawning of parent fish; (5) artificial fertilization; and (6) incubation of fertilized ovum. The artificial cross-breeding method of chromileptes altivelis and epinephelus lanceolatus has following beneficial effects: chromileptes altivelis is selected as female parents and epinephelus lanceolatus is utilized as male parents; by selecting different modes, two kinds of parents are reared in order to achieve synchronous maturity of two kinds of parents; by nutrient enrichment and environmental control of parents, synchronized development of two kinds of sexual glands of parent fish is prompted and quality of ova and sperms is improved in order to obtain mature ova and sperms; larva fish is hatched by artificial insemination in order to obtain larva fish in the cross-breeding first filial generation having parent characteristics of two kinds; and reared cross-breeding fish has food culture performance and delicious meat and high cost performance. |
