Zusammenfassung:	Provided is an inverter driven motor capable of reducing a voltage applied to a power supply line-side first coil for a motor. In an inverter driven motor having an inverter and a motor driven by the inverter, the inverter and the motor are connected with a terminal box, while the terminal box includes therein a terminal plate for connecting an inverter-side cable and a motor-side lead wire, a grounding plate provided on the bottom surface of the terminal box, and a capacitor serially connected in between the terminal plate and the grounding plate.
