Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a refrigerator, which comprises a storage chamber that is delimited by insulating material and stores an object to be stored, an illuminating device that is provided in the storage chamber, a cooling device for cooling the storage chamber, and an insulated door that covers the storage chamber. Moreover, the refrigerator comprises an imaging device that images the storage chamber, a storing unit that stores images captured by the imaging device, and a controlling unit that is configured so that, at a prescribed time, the interior of the storage chamber is imaged by the imaging device at the same time that the illuminating device is turned on, and the image captured by the imaging device is stored in the storing unit with time information indicating the date and time of the image.
