Zusammenfassung:	A tissue rapir patch is disclosed having a base member (610) with an opening (620) therethrough, and a closure member (not shown) associated with the opening. Mounted to the periphery of the bottom side of the base member is a locating structure (670). In the preferred embodiment the base member comprises a mesh and may be used in open surgical procedures for hernia repairs and other repairs of body wall defects.
