Light and color adjustable light

The invention discloses a light and color adjustable light. The light comprises multiple light bodies. An RGB light source is arranged in each of the light bodies. The light also comprises an AC/DC constant-voltage circuit, a control circuit and multiple DC/DC constant-current output circuits. The AC/DC constant-voltage circuit is connected with the control circuit and the multiple DC/DC constant-current output circuits so as to drive the control circuit and the DC/DC constant-current output circuits. The DC/DC constant-current output circuits are connected with the RGB lights in the light bodies so as to drive the RGB light sources to give out line. Multiple groups of control signal output ends are arranged on the control circuit. Each group of the control signal output ends are connected to one DC/DC constant-current output circuit so as to independently control the output of the DC/DC constant-current output circuit. Each group of the control signal output ends comprises R, G and B outputs. In this way, it can be achieved that one light can be controlled independently; effects of circulation and gradualchange of light can be produced; and requirements on application in diverse scenes are satisfied.
