Content delivery network based hot spot statistic and pushing method and system

The invention provides a content delivery network based hot spot statistic and pushing method. The method comprises the steps of recording a Web access behavior of a client side under the jurisdiction in real time according to a configured hot spot statistic mode, and generating log information; performing statistic analysis on the log information periodically, extracting hot spot information, and downloading uncached local hot content from a source station server; caching the uncached local hot content in the local; extracting a Web access request of the client side, if the content of the Web access request is not cached in the local, downloading a content response client side from the source station server and caching the content response client side; if the content of the Web access request is cached in the local, acquiring the content response client side from the local; and extracting hot spot abstract information attached to the Web access request of the client side, and pushing hot content to the client side according to the hot spot abstract information and a configured hot spot distribution mode. According to the method, hot spot information collection, statistics and distribution are performed in edge cache nodes of the distributed network, so that the client side speeds up the access to the Web hot spot content.
