The invention provides a rapid grounding device for field high-voltage equipment. The rapid grounding device comprises an upper clamp plate, a lower clamp plate, a clamp adjustment assembly, a locking assembly, a wiring clamp assembly and a ground insertion assembly. The upper clamp plate and the lower clamp plate adopts the clamp adjustment assembly to realize distance and clamp force adjustment between the upper clamp plate and the lower clamp plate; the locking assembly for locking the upper clamp plate and the lower clamp plate is arranged between the upper clamp plate and the lower clamp plate; the upper clamp plate or the lower clamp plate is connected with the wiring clamp assembly; and the lower portion of the wiring clamp assembly is connected with the ground insertion assembly. Through the cooperation of a gear and a toothed bar, the upper clamp plate and the lower clamp plate can be clamped accurately and conveniently; an electric wire is allowed to be connected between the upper clamp plate and the lower clamp plate, and reliability and stability of the wiring are improved; a constructor can connect the electric wire between the upper clamp plate and the lower clamp plate or clamp the electric wire in the wiring clamp assembly according to actual demand; and through rotating a force application nut, rapid insertion of an insertion pin can be realized.
