Zusammenfassung:A method for calculating a generative thickness of an iron oxide scale on the surface of a high copper steel casting blank is performed in the following steps of: (1) determining an atmosphere oxygen potential condition in the continuous casting process; (2) calculating generative activation energy of the high copper steel iron oxide scale according to a relationship between a reaction rate and a temperature; (3) according to the on-site practical operation, determining a continuous casting secondary cooling section drawing speed (V), a secondary cooling water volume (W) and a temperature (T) when the casting blank is taken out of a secondary cooling section; and (4) calculating the generative thickness of the iron oxide scale on the surface of the high copper steel casting blank according to a calculation method. The method for calculating the generative thickness of the iron oxide scale on the surface of the high copper steel casting blank, which is provided by the present invention, is applicable to continuous casting process production of high copper steel, has the characteristics of simplicity, rapidness and convenience and has a significant effect of guiding on-site practice.
