The method comprises steps as follows: the viscosity of a to-be-detected tomato variety is detected, the viscosity of a high-viscosity tomato variety is detected, and whether the to-be-detected tomato variety is the high-viscosity tomato variety is determined according to a result of comparison between the viscosity of the to-be-detected tomato variety and the viscosity of the high-viscosity tomato variety. According to the method for rapidly identifying the high-viscosity tomato variety, the to-be-detected tomato variety can start a viscosity detection stage rapidly, so that the identifying time is shortened; besides, the viscosity identifying result provides forceful data support for identification of a new high-viscosity tomato variety, meanwhile, the problem that a large quantity of raw materials and industrial equipment are used in the conventional process for identifying the new tomato variety is solved, and the identifying cost is reduced. |
