Construction method of soft soil shield tunneling cutting pile foundation

The invention relates to a construction method of a soft soil shield tunneling cutting pile foundation. The construction method comprises the following steps of: setting a digging path of a shield tunneling machine in a soft soil layer; determining a reinforced concrete pile foundation on the digging path; improving a cutter head opening rate of the shield tunneling machine to a value higher than 40 percent; additionally installing cutting cutters on a cutter head of the shield tunneling machine, wherein at least two cutting cutters are arranged on the same circumference track of the cutter head; and during the pile foundation cutting by the shield tunneling machine, regulating the soil pressure of the shield tunneling machine to be 0.15MPa to 0.3MPa, the pushing speed to be 3mm/min to 4mm/min and the cutter head rotating speed to be 0.91r/min. Through improving the shield tunneling machine, improving the cutter head opening rate and increasing the cutting cutters, the shield tunneling machine can be used for directly cutting the met pile foundation in the tunneling process of the shield tunneling machine; the reasonable construction parameter setting is matched, so that the shield tunneling machine can smoothly cut the pile foundation; and the shield tunneling construction of the soft soil pile foundation is well realized.
