Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a technique for manufacturing high-performance printing paper. The technique comprises the steps of conducting defibrination or dissociation on bleached sulfate softwood pulp, mechanical pulp, bleached sulfate hardwood pulp, wet damage stuff and dry damage stuff, then conducting pulp mixing in a mixing pool, conducting mixing with white water in a machine chest, feeding the mixture into a flow box through a fan pump and a pressurized screen, and making the mixture pass through a net section, a pressing section, a front drying section, a sizing section, a rear drying section, a calendering section, a reeling section and a cutting section in sequence to obtain the high-performance printing paper. The technique is simple, clear, continuous and compact in process and suitable for large-scale production of a paper company. The obtained paper is high in stiffness and bulkiness and high in physical strength. Furthermore, due to the reasonable mixture of fibrous materials, the obtained paper is good in evenness, inking is even, color is full and bright, and imaging is clear. The technique can be used for printing colored leaflets and high-end books. |
