The method comprises the steps of pretreatment, pre-medium dyeing, dyeing, cold water washing, deionized water washing and drying, wherein the mordant is ferrous sulfate; the natural pigment is tea tree fruit pigment. The method has the benefits that the process is simple; the coloring is uniform; the fixation effect is good; the acid-alkali degree is moderate; damage on fabric during dyeing is avoided; the operation is safe and healthy; the quality of dyed real silk fabric can be improved.
