Cleaning method for workpiece in electroplating

Disclosed is a cleaning method for a workpiece in electroplating. Cleaning water flows through a water washing vat in a second water washing process, one water washing vat in a first water washing process, a water washing vat in a third water washing process and another water washing vat in the first water washing process sequentially. The same clean water source is adopted for the different water washing processes. The flow direction of the water is arranged reasonably according to the decontamination effects needed to be achieved in all the water washing processes and the 'contamination' degree of the workpiece. The water is reused in all the water washing processes and only waste water in the first water washing process needs to be treated when the waste water treatment is conducted. The total usage amount of the cleaning water is reduced when the same cleaning effect is achieved; using cost of the cleaning water is reduced; in addition, the water amount of the waste water treatment is reduced accordingly and the waste water treatment pressure is reduced.
