Water of all the water washing cylinders is from one clear water source; the flowing direction of the water is reasonably arranged according to the achieved cleaning effect and the workpiece polluted degree in each water washing procedure; the water is recycled in all the water washing procedures; and when sewage is treated, the total use level of clear water is decreased under the condition of equal cleaning effect, the use cost of the clear water is reduced, the sewage treatment amount is correspondingly reduced, and the sewage treatment pressure is reduced.
