Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an electrolysis power-saving method in a manganese peroxide preparation process, belonging to the technical field of manganese peroxide preparation. According to the method, electrolysis is carried out by using a copper bar as a cathode and a pure titanium plate as an anode; in the electrolyte, the H2SO4 concentration is 30-50 g/L, the MnSO4 concentration is 70-100 g/L, the anode current density is 50-70 A/m , the electrolysis tank for electrolysis comprises a tank body, both ends of the tank body in parallel to the anode plate are provided with end plates, both sides of each end plate are provided with side plates, and the bottom is provided with a bottom plate; a steam heating casing and a liquid inlet tube are arranged in the tank body; each side plate is provided with an electrolyte overflow port; the liquid inlet tube is sequentially attached to one end plate, passes through the bottom plate, and extends to the other end plate; and the liquid inlet tube is provided with a plurality of liquid inlets. The power consumption per ton of the electrolytic manganese dioxide product can be lowered from 2200 kWh/t to 1600 kWh/t or below, thereby saving the production cost for the enterprise and enhancing the market competitiveness.
