Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of a polishing stick. The preparation method comprises the steps of: selection of the following alloy elements in percentage by mass: not more than 0.06% of C, not more than 0.60% of Si, not more than 10.0% of Mn, not more than 0.045% of P, not more than 0.005% of S, 14.0-20.0% of Cr, 4.0-13.0% of Ni, not more than 2.30% of Mo, not more than 3.0% of Cu, less than 0.01% of Al, less than 0.05% of Nb, less than 0.20% of Ti, not more than 0.70% of N and the balance of iron; casting of a steel blank; rolling of a coil rod, rough drawing and wire winding, bright annealing, straightening and polishing. The preparation method is simple in process and convenient for operation, can precisely control every phase process, is high in yield of obtained products, and reduces the product cost to a certain extent. The polishing stick prepared by the method adopts low-carbon stainless steel, and has such characteristics as high strength, high hardness, good corrosion resistance, good heat resistance, no poisonousness and low elasticity modulus after the heat treatment. The polishing stick also has good machining performance and no hardening phenomenon caused by heat treatment, and can satisfy the production demands under the condition of high temperature.
