Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a device for detecting the acute biotoxicity of a water body. The device is characterized by comprising an air closed circulation system and a display controller, wherein the air closed circulation system comprises a constant-temperature closed vessel filled with a water sample, an air delivery pipe, a circulating air pump and an oxygen sensor; the tested water sample occupying certain volume and containing aerobic microbes is arranged in the constant-temperature closed vessel filled with the water sample, air is accommodated in space above the tested water sample containing the aerobic microbes, an air inlet end of the air delivery pipe extends into the tested water sample containing the aerobic microbes, an air outlet end of the air delivery pipe extends in the air in the constant-temperature closed vessel filled with the water sample, the circulating air pump is mounted on the air delivery pipe, the oxygen sensor is connected in series to the air outlet end of the air delivery pipe, and the circulating air pump and the oxygen sensor are electrically connected with the display controller. The device has the advantages of simple structure, simplicity, convenience, rapidness and accuracy in detection operation and the like. A detection method which is scientific, reasonable, free of environmental pollution and wide in application range is further provided.
