Zusammenfassung: | A high-wear-resisting PA10T composite heat radiating material for a LED lamp is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-42 parts of magnesium oxide, 20-22 parts of boron nitride, 2-3 parts of chopped glass fiber, 30-32 parts of polyamide PA10T, 7-8 parts of aluminium oxide whiskers, 1-2 parts of calcium sulfate whiskers, 1-2 parts of graphene oxide, 0.4-0.7 part of isophorone diisocyanate, 3-4 parts of micron-scale microcrystal ceramic powder, 1-1.5 parts of polyvinyl butyral, 6-7 parts of ethanol and 3-4 parts of SEBS. By modifying boron nitride by using SEBS, the notch impact strength of the composite material is improved; by using the chopped glass fiber and the aluminium oxide whiskers through modification, the heat conductivity coefficient and the mechanical property of the modified composite material are improved, and the electrical property of the material is maintained in a relatively high level; by using the calcium sulfate whiskers, the graphene oxide and the micron-scale microcrystal ceramic powder, the heat radiating property and the wear resistance of the material are improved, and the cost is lowered. |
