Zusammenfassung:A nitrile rubber modified PA10T composite heat radiating material for an LED lamp is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-42 parts of magnesium oxide, 20-22 parts of boron nitride, 2-3 parts of chopped glass fiber, 30-32 parts of polyamide PA10T, 7-8 parts of aluminium oxide whiskers, 1-2 parts of ethyl cellulose, 1-2 parts of nanocarbon, 1-2 parts of silver coated glass powder, 3-4 parts of nitrile rubber, 1-1.5 parts of polyvinyl butyral, 6-7 parts of ethanol and 3-4 parts of SEBS. As the composite heat radiating material provided by the invention uses magnesium oxide and boron nitride, a good compound coordinated radiating effect is generated; by using nanocarbon and silver coated glass powder, the radiating property and wear resistance of the material are improved; by using ethyl cellulose and nitrile rubber, the oil resistance, wear resistance, heat resistance and adhesive force of the material are improved.
