Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a high-transparency high-temperature-resistance polylactic acid composite material and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of high-polymer materials. The polylactic acid composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 85-99% of polylactic acid, 0.1-10% of toughener, 0.1-2% of crystallization nucleator, 0.1-2% of hydrolysis-resistant stabilizer and 0.1-1% of lubricant. The method improves the flexibility of the polylactic acid, further enhances the transparency and temperature resistance of the polylactic acid, and improves the hydrolytic stability of the polylactic acid. Compared with the pure polylactic acid, the composite material has the advantages of favorable transparency (the light transmittance is at least 90%), low fog degree (at most 3.5), high temperature resistance, high heat-deformation temperature (at least 100 DEG C), favorable toughness and high mechanical strength, and can substitute the conventional plastics for use. The preparation method is simple and easy to implement. |
