The invention relates to a synthesis method and an application of a tebuconazole artificial antigen. The tebuconazole artificial antigen comprises an immunogen and a coating antigen. The synthesis method comprises steps as follows: tebuconazole, namely, (RS)-1-p-chlorophenyl-4,4-dimethyl-3-(1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-yl-methyl) penta-3-ol is coupled with BSA (bovine serum albumin) with a carbonyl diimidazole method, and a product is used as the immunogen; then tebuconazole is coupled with OVA (ovalbumin) with the carbonyl diimidazole method, and a product is used as the coating antigen. The tebuconazole artificial antigen is successfully synthetized, the synthesis procedure is simple and efficient, the antigen can be used for preparing tebuconazole antibodies meeting domestic demands, the antibodies can be used for establishing various immunoassay methods for detecting tebuconazole, and test raw materials and a simple and convenient method are provided for following research.
