Water soluble maleic anhydride modified PP emulsion for fiber surface treatment and application thereof

The invention discloses a water soluble maleic anhydride modified PP emulsion for fiber surface treatment and application thereof. The emulsion is characterized in that it comprises the following components by mass percentage: 30-50% of maleic anhydride modified polypropylene wax 1, 10-20% of maleic anhydride modified polypropylene wax 2, 10%-35% of a solvent, 4%-9.5% of an ethylene oxide-propylene oxide block polymer 1, 3%-6.5% of an ethylene oxide-propylene oxide block polymer 2, 4%-10% of an alcohol amine compound, 0.1%-1% of p-toluenesulfonic acid, and 2-5% of an acidifier. Compared with some imported emulsion, the emulsion provided by the invention has a storage period extended by 90 days under normal temperature, and is still stable after preservation at a temperature of -40DEG C for 90 days, while demulsification can occur to the imported emulsion on the 65th day. The storage period of the emulsion can reach 120 days under a 60DEG C environment, while the storage period of the imported emulsion is 50 days.
