Zusammenfassung:The present invention discloses a production method of aluminum potassium sulfate by utilizing potassium-bearing rock, and belongs to the technical field of chemical engineering. The method is as below: fully mixing the potassium-bearing rock, fluosilicic acid and sulfuric acid; reacting in industrial microwave equipment; adding to water the solids after reaction; steaming at high temperature; then quickly separating the solid form liquid; cooling the liquid; precipitating crystals, conducting solid-liquid separation to obtain the aluminum potassium sulfate product; and supplementing water to the separation liquid and returning to the reaction system. The present invention utilizes the unique properties of the microwave, and the character of large phase difference of solubility if aluminum potassium sulfate and in high and low temperatures to produce aluminum potassium sulfate, and has the advantages of low cost of raw materials and simplified process.
