Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for producing potassium sulfate from potassium-containing rocks, and belongs to the technical field of chemical engineering. The method comprises the following steps: crushing the potassium-containing rocks, mixing the obtained potassium-containing rock powder with fluosilicic acid and sulfuric acid, placing the obtained mixture in a microwave reaction kettle, reacting, carrying out a second microwave reaction on a material obtained after the above first reaction, mixing a material obtained after the second reaction with water to dissolve the material, carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain a solid substance, carrying out evaporation crystallization on the obtained liquid, and drying to obtain the potassium sulfate product. The potassium-containing rocks are decomposed through a double microwave technology, aluminum iron and potassium are separated by using the characteristics of microwaves, and the commercially universal potassium sulfate product is directly prepared without adding ammonia water or other neutralizers in the whole process, so the technical problems of low degradation rate, low potassium extraction rate and low product purity in the present utilization process of the potassium-containing rocks are fundamentally solved.
