Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a high polymer board incremental forming method based on metal backboard supporting. The method has the beneficial effects that firstly, a metal backboard provides effective rigidity and strength supporting for a high polymer board, reverse pressure can be exerted on a high polymer part through forming and rebounding, the stress condition of the high polymer part is effectively improved, and the high polymer part can be effectively prevented from being twisted and deformed partially in the machining process; secondly, the overall twist and deviation of the high polymer part in the forming process can be effectively avoided through the metal backboard; thirdly, the partial necking and thinning of the high polymer machined part can be effectively controlled through the rigidity supporting of the metal backboard, and the thickness of the high polymer machined part can be effectively controlled; and fourthly, the adaptability of an incremental forming process is improved, and application and popularization of the incremental forming technology in machining of the high polymer part are facilitated.
