Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to equipment for cleaning up marginal materials of die-cutting paper products. A feeding mechanism lifts the die-cutting paper products, one sides of the die-cutting paper products are lifted through a clamp, and then a material receiving platform moves to the position below the die-cutting paper products, completely lifts the die-cutting paper products and conveys the die-cutting paper products to a marginal material cleaning mechanism. The marginal material cleaning mechanism clamps and ejects out paper product units in any shape through an upper ejection piece and a lower ejection piece after the die-cutting paper products are positioned. A finished product taking-out mechanism extends a left clamping plate and a right clamping plate to clamp the die-cutting paper products with the marginal materials cleaned up and conveys the die-cutting paper products with the marginal materials cleaned up to the next procedure after the marginal materials are cleaned up. Tearing and separation, caused by gravity, between die-cutting paper board units and the marginal materials in the traditional manual conveying process are avoided in the feeding process. Tearing of paper product units caused by manual box retreating and generation of waste are avoided in the marginal material cleaning-up process. Operation is carried out based on the feedback of a detection mechanism when the finished products are taken out. The completeness of product conveying is guaranteed in the whole production process, conveying efficiency is improved, labor cost is reduced, and accordingly the production efficiency and product percent of pass are improved. |
