The ruling machine comprises two parallel sliding rails, a stand column arranged between the two sliding rails, and a horizontal arm vertically connected with the stand column. Each sliding rail comprises a rack body, a fixed limiting block arranged at one end of the rack body, and a movable limiting assembly arranged at the other end of the rack body. The horizontal arm comprises an arm body, a sleeve arranged outside the arm body in a sleeving manner, a pressing key and a control system. A scriber is installed at one end of the arm body, the sleeve is in sliding connection with the stand column, and a cavity is formed in the inner side of the sleeve. An elastic clamping strip is arranged in the cavity in a protruding stretching manner. A protruding block is arranged on the side wall of the end, abutting against the arm body, of the elastic clamping strip in a protruding stretching manner. A containing cavity communicated with the cavity is formed in the position, corresponding to the protruding block, of the sleeve. The protruding block and the side wall of the containing cavity are matched in an abutting manner. One end of the pressing key abuts against the elastic clamping strip, and the other end of the pressing key penetrates out of the sleeve and extends out of the sleeve. The control system is electrically connected with the pressing key. The three-dimensional measurement ruling machine is simple in structure and easy to install.
