According to the preparation method, due to the fact that upsetting and rolling above a phase transformation point are adopted during intermediate billet forging, thick and large as-cast structures can be broken, and upsetting and rolling below the phase transformation point are performed so that the structure can be further refined and homogenized; beta-forging is adopted for finished product loop blank forging; and it is guaranteed that the loop blank has sufficient deformation, and therefore a thick and large piece layer-shaped structure is obtained, and then high-performance TA5-A alloy loop materials meeting technical requirements are obtained.
