According to the novel stamping inverted-installed V-bending die, on one hand, by means of the design of circular positioning columns, the inserts and the like, the stability can be guaranteed when a product is stamped; on the other hand, after stamping is completed, the burr face of the product faces downwards, so that when a manipulator is used for grabbing the product, a suction cup can be directly sucked on the product, taking of the suction cup of the manipulator is facilitated, the situation that the burr face of the product faces upwards after V-bending is conducted is avoided, and the step of turning the product after stamping of the product is completed is omitted.
