Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an embedded smoke pipe heating-cooling active carbon/coke regeneration integrated tower, which is designed to improve the quality of regenerated carbon/coke. The integrated tower comprises the following components from top to bottom: an added material temporary storage chamber, a carbon/coke heating-cooling regeneration chamber, and a discharged material temporary storage chamber, wherein the carbon/coke heating-cooling regeneration chamber comprises the following sections from top to the bottom: a feeding straight pipe section, a heating pipe section, an excess-nitrogen-filling material pipe section, a cooling pipe section, and a discharging straight pipe section. The feeding straight pipe section is externally provided with a gas collecting box, an air vent plate is arranged on the feeding straight pipe section, and air vents that are communicated with the inner of the feeding straight pipe section and the gas collecting box are arranged in the air vent plate. The excess-nitrogen-filling material pipe section is communicated with a nitrogen filling device, and the nitrogen filling device fills nitrogen gas into the carbon/coke heating-cooling regeneration chamber. The active carbon/coke is degraded and regenerated under the protection of nitrogen gas. The provided tower has a reasonable structure and is capable of improving the quality of regenerated carbon/coke. |
