Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a X ray detection device for detecting X ray and converting the detected X ray intensity to a digital signal. A analog-digital conversion chip is arranged directly under a scintillation crystal array along a dirction of X ray; a x ray shield is disposed between a photodiode substrate and the analog-digital conversion chip to block the x ray so that the x ray cannot directly reach the analog-digital conversion chip which is sensitive to the x ray. The invention further provides a x ray CT system employing the x ray detection device.
