Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a puller feeding device. The device comprises a machine base, a horizontal guide groove used for conveying pullers is formed in the horizontal top face of the machine base, the front end of the horizontal guide groove is closed by a concave front stop block, a downward-pressing block and an upward-pushing block are arranged above and below the position, adjacent to the front stop block, of the horizontal guide groove respectively, the downward-pressing block and the upward-pushing block are connected with a downward-pressing air cylinder and an upward-pushing air cylinder respectively, and the upward-pushing block is in vertically fitted in the machine base in a sliding mode; an L-shaped support is fixed beside the top face, a horizontal support plate of the L-shaped support is arranged over the top face of the machine base in a parallel mode, a sliding sleeve is arranged on the front portion of the horizontal support plate in an embedded mode, the downward-pressing block is fitted in the sliding sleeve in a sliding mode, a frontward-pushing air cylinder is installed on the rear portion of the horizontal support plate in a lifted mode, the frontward-pushing air cylinder is connected with a frontward-pushing block, and an arc-shaped notch is formed in the front end of the frontward-pushing block. By means of the puller feeding device, the problem that when being pushed for feeding, the pullers are prone to bobbing vertically and swinging horizontally is solved, it is guaranteed that the pullers are fed stably and accurately, and the puller quality is ensured. |
