The pizza cheese is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in weigh percentage: 15%-20% of vegetable oil, 10% of skimmed milk powder, 15% of whole milk powder, 20%-30% of cheese, 0.5% of edible salt, 1.5%-2.1% of additives and 30% of water. The pizza cheese manufacturing process is short, and the product needs no maturation, and does not produce waste water containing fat, protein and salt. The pizza cheese product temperature is 75 DEG C, the preparation method has a bactericidal effect and can extend the shelf life of the product, and the finished product is refrigerated at -18 DEG C and has a shelf life is up to 18 months. |
