Bandwidth-selectable repeater and method for controlling the same

The invention discloses a bandwidth-selectable repeater and a method for controlling the same. The repeater has an uplink and a downlink both provided with an IF module which is used for bandwidth selection. The module includes: amplifiers (SGA-4463), intermediate frequency filters, NPN transistors, PIN diodes, D/A converters, and NPN transistors and PNP transistors assemblies. According to the method, the output high-low level of the D/A converts is adjusted, and the power switch circuit composed of the NPN transistors and the PNP transistors is powered on and off, so that channel selection can be achieved. Compared with the prior art, since channel selection is used, the embodiments of the invention are low in technical difficulty and cost, and high in channel separation.
