Zusammenfassung: | The present invention discloses an exciter insulating treatment method. The exciter insulating treatment method comprises the following steps of (1) adopting a method of jetting a cleaning agent to a coil and a rectifying disc in an exciter from top to bottom to clean; (2) putting the coil and the rectifying disc in a drying oven to dry; (3) carrying out the insulation detection on the coil and the rectifying disc, and setting a qualified standard as R>= 100 megohms; if the detection is not qualified, needing to carry out the steps (1) and (2) in the method on the coil and the rectifying disc again, until the detection is qualified; (4) coating insulating paint on the surface of a bare conductive part of the rectifying disc. The above exciter insulating treatment method can prevent an exciter coil winding and the bare conductive part of the rectifying disc from being polluted by an external environment effectively, and enables the possibility that the dielectric strength of an exciter rotor reduces to be reduced, thereby improving the insulating property of the exciter substantially and prolonging the maintenance cycle of the exciter. |
