The method is applied to a series-connected battery pack connected with a load and a switching power source. The system comprises an acquisition and control module, a power transformation module and an output switch array module, wherein the power transformation module and the output switch array module are both connected with the acquisition and control module, and the output switch array module is connected between the power transformation module and a storage battery pack. The working methods include a delayed battery positioning method and a capacity assistant method. With the online storage battery pack delayed battery emergency assistant system and working methods adopted, a problem that a delayed battery in the storage battery pack decides the capacity of the whole storage battery pack can be solved, and a storage battery pack emergency power supply ability can be improved.
