Zusammenfassung:The present invention puts forward an LED arch-shaped lens forming method capable of manufacturing an LED lens of which the surface is in an arch shape. The LED arch-shaped lens forming method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing an LED lens mold, wherein a part, used for injection of a mixture of fluorescent powder and molding gel, of the mold is in a circular shape at the bottom, and is gradually expanded upwards in an arc shape, an opening at the top end is in a circular shape, and the edge of the opening is provided with an upward projection; S2, injecting the mixture of fluorescent powder and molding gel into the LED lens mold; and S3, enabling the mixture of fluorescent powder and molding gel to form a raised LED arch-shaped lens under the action of surface tension. An LED arch-shaped lens or hemispherical lens manufactured by adoption of the LED arch-shaped lens forming method has a larger light-emitting surface, and lights emitted by the LED arch-shaped lens or hemispherical lens are intersected with each other, thus the lights emitted integrally have better color consistency.
