The invention discloses a collector for a high-power traveling wave tube. The collector comprises a collecting structure (2) with a cavity formed therein; a channel hole of electronic beams (3) which is communicated with the cavity is formed in the collecting structure (2); the collector further comprises a suppression pole (4); the suppression pole (4) is arranged in the cavity; and the suppression pole (4) is arranged at the length extension direction of the channel hole of the electronic beams (3). With the collector adopted, the depressurization degree of the high-power traveling wave tube can be increased at a certain degree, and the efficiency of the traveling-wave tube can be improved.
