PLATE-TYPE BROAD-BAND MICROWAVE ANTENNA WITH REFLECTING SURFACE

This antenna comprises feed source, bearing rod of feed source, antenna supporter and reflecting body composed of many concentric radial discretdy distributed annular revolutionary paraboloidal reflecting surfaces Mo, M1, M2...Mm. The outer edges of said reflecting surfaces are in same plane. The aberration delta Pm between adjacent two reflecting surface is in turn equal to the wave lengthes (LAMBDA)x where x represents max, 2, 3,..., M-1, min respectively in the range of working frequency bands required by the antenna and obeys logarithmic periodical rule delta Pm=(LAMBDA) max multipled by t to the power (m-1). It overcomes the disadvantages of existing plane-type microwave antenna, such as narrow working frequency band, greater size, complex technology of manufacture and high cost.
