Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a system for managing and monitoring urban social information and a method. The system can manage social management resources in a unified way by: adopting a normal structure, integrating all types of social management resources to corresponding databases through platform assemblies which are easy to implement and update; with the data resources integrated and also through the corresponding platform assemblies, on the basis of gridding management, integrating video monitoring systems by means of a comprehensive management system combining an urban basic geographical information map and a three-dimensional map. The system integrates grass-roots resources and power in maintaining public security and social stability, and establishes a systematic platform for social management information.
