Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an endurance enhancement test method of air-cooled and oil-cooled engines. The test method is characterized by comprising the following steps: Step a, a motorcycle equipped with a reference engine and a sample engine undergoes a road test; Step b, before a bench test, the sample engine is firstly installed on a bench and then all motorcycle attachments are installed around the sample engine; Step c, wind speed of a fan is adjusted to be greater than or equal to the wind speed, and spark-plug gasket temperature and engine oil temperature of the sample engine are measured; Step d, wind speed of the fan is adjusted; Step e, wind speed of the fan is stabilized, and a baffle plate is used to partially cover an oil cooler of the sample engine; Step f, wind speed of the fan and cover area of the sample engine's oil cooler are repeatedly adjusted; and Step g, an endurance enhancement test is carried out on the sample engine. By the method provided by the invention, standard spark-plug gasket temperature and standard engine oil temperature of the reference engine can be simultaneously simulated on the sample engine effectively. |
