Pressure tester for floating balance safe bridge in sealing test and method thereof

The invention discloses a pressure tester for a floating balance safe bridge in a sealing test and the method thereof. A floating safe bridge hydraulic cylinder is fixed with a cylinder cover, a safe bridge pressure releasing solenoid valve is fixed with the floating safe bridge hydraulic cylinder, and a test pressure releasing solenoid valve is fixed with a piston rod. The piston rod passes through the cylinder cover and is connected with a safe bridge piston, a safe bridge compaction O ring is embedded in a groove of the piston rod, and a test water inlet check valve is fixed with the piston rod. The test pressure inlet switch solenoid valve is fixed with the test water inlet check valve, and an air source inlet and releasing shifting solenoid valve is fixed with the cylinder cover. The safe bridge water inlet solenoid valve is fixed with a safe bridge water inlet check valve, and the safe bridge water inlet solenoid valve is fixed with the floating safe bridge hydraulic cylinder. When the solenoid valves are controlled to switch on/off, the hydraulic pressure and air pressure control the movement of the piston rod to test the pressure of the valves. The method is simple, safe and reliable, and the pressure tester is long in service lifetime and low in cost and saves resource.
