Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a contact force distribution detection device for a rolling bearing roller, and the device comprises a camera, a pedestal, a guide plate, a loading block, and a loading contact, wherein the guide plate, the loading block and the loading contact are located above the pedestal. The upper surface of the pedestal is provided with a fixed cavity which is used for storing a to-be-detected roller. The guide plate is located above the fixed cavity, and is provided with a slot. A testing piece is inserted into the slot, and the upper end of the testing piece is fixed below the loading block. The upper part of the loading block contacts with the loading contact. The camera is disposed at a side of the testing piece, and is used for photographing the deformation of the testing piece. The device applies a force to the roller through the loading contact, the loading block and the testing piece, detects the deformation of the testing piece through the camera, and finally analyzes the contact force distribution of the roller according to the deformation of the testing piece, thereby providing basis for the design, manufacturing and selection of the rolling bearing roller, guaranteeing the reliability and safety of equipment, and reducing the fault rate of a bearing.
