Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an in situ precision detector of a high-reliability giant slewing bearing part contour. A contact pin assembly in the detector comprises a measuring rod, a measuring rod seat, a contact pin and a spring clip. The measuring rod seat is provided with a measuring rod settlement groove along an axial direction and is provided with a limiting groove along a radial direction. The measuring rod is provided with a positioning pin. The measuring rod is located in the settlement groove of the measuring rod seat and the positioning pin is cooperated with the limiting groove of the measuring rod seat. A bottom end of the measuring rod is connected to the measuring rod seat through a rotating shaft. A top end of the measuring rod is extended outside the measuring rod seat along the settlement groove and is connected to the contact pin. One head of the spring clip is connected to the measuring rod seat and the other end presses the measuring rod. Through the specific contact pin assembly, a condition that a core assembly sensor is damaged when the contact pin is impacted is effectively avoided so that reliability and measurement precision of the whole precision detector are guaranteed.
