Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a light curtain optical lens system with a microstructure. The light curtain optical lens system comprises an LED light source and a PCB. The LED light source is arranged on the PCB, and a lens is arranged in front of the LED light source; the PCB is mounted at one end of the lens, and the optical microstructure is arranged on the surface of the lens. By the adoption of the common LED light source, the PCB and the lens with the optical microstructure, the common lens can be completely and fully lightened through the reasonable position arrangement of the LED light source and the lens and the perfect design layout of the optical microstructure, and therefore the visual effect of a large-area light curtain is achieved; a coupling face is arranged at the area where the lens and the LED light source make contact so that light in the up-down direction sent out from the LED light source also can be coupled in the lens; by reducing the size of the optical microstructure and increasing the distribution density of the optical microstructure, light can be fully and totally reflected to the position right ahead the lens, and the effect of uniformity is achieved. |
